Unlike typical katsu bowls, this ‘Tare-katsu’ style skips the egg and instead drenches the fried cutlet in a rich, sweet and savory soy-based sauce similar to teriyaki. The coating is perfectly moistened by the sauce. A hearty, microwaveable meal.
