The filling features charcoal-grilled oyadori (mature chicken) known for its firm, chewy texture, ensuring you enjoy the savory chicken flavor and smoky aroma from the first bite. For a flavor accent, yuzu kosho (a spicy paste made from yuzu citrus and chili peppers) is added, providing a refreshing scent and a spicy kick that stimulates the appetite.
