These gummies are made using puree from Tochiaika strawberries, a variety native to Tochigi Prefecture. Using a unique method where the gummy is wrapped in a thin collagen membrane, they recreate the texture of real fruit skin and a burst of flavor. Part of the popular Kororo series found throughout Japanese convenience stores, they can be stored at room temperature.
