A joint project with Kanazawa University, these potato gnocchi are made with rice flour from Niigata Prefecture. The addition of rice flour gives the classic gnocchi a uniquely chewy, “mochi-like” elasticity. Served in a rich and creamy cheese sauce, it makes for a perfect side dish for lunch or dinner. Please heat in a microwave before enjoying.

The Gorgonzola cheese in the cheese sauce really stands out and makes it delicious. The gnocchi has a nice chewy texture, too.
