Developed in collaboration with a Kyoto City Tourism Association project, these premium cup noodles feature a unique broth enriched with sake lees (sake kasu) from the famous Tamanohikari brewery in Kyoto. The rich, savory ‘tori paitan’ (creamy chicken) soup is complemented by tender chicken meatballs and green onions. The non-fried noodles are made using a specialized process to recreate the smooth, chewy texture of fresh noodles. Sake lees, a traditional fermented ingredient from the sake-making process, give the broth an extraordinary depth and a distinctive, refined flavor.
