It features a rich, dark soy sauce broth infused with seafood and kelp dashi. The firm, low-hydration straight noodles are eaten cold with the broth, similar to Japanese soba or Hiyashi Chuka. It comes with a separate small packet of red pepper flakes, allowing you to adjust the spiciness to your liking.
