Created in collaboration with students from Takamatsu Commercial High School, these salt-seasoned fried noodles are inspired by the iconic spicy chicken dishes of Kagawa Prefecture. The dish features cabbage sautéed in a rich chicken broth and is topped with perfectly seasoned, spicy chicken. Unlike the typical sweet sauce variety, this version offers a bold, savory kick of salt and pepper. Best enjoyed hot after a quick microwave.
