This limited-edition “Mazesoba” is supervised by the famous specialty shop Menya Kokoro. A soupless style of noodle dish, it’s meant to be thoroughly mixed so the thick noodles are fully coated in the sauce and toppings at the bottom of the bowl. It delivers an intense, punchy flavor thanks to a generous amount of garlic and pork back fat. Toppings include seasoned ground meat, Chinese chives, and bean sprouts.
