Brewed using newly harvested rice from Niigata Prefecture, this Ginjo sake is polished to 55% to ensure a clean, refined taste. As an unpasteurized and undiluted “Namagenshu,” it retains the bold, authentic character of the brew. It comes in a compact 200ml (approx. 6.8 fl oz) bottle with a 19% alcohol content.
