Developed by Kuriyama Beika in collaboration with students from Kindai University, these ultra-hard rice crackers offer a satisfyingly firm, biscotti-like crunch. They are seasoned with pickled plum and shiso leaf powder for a traditional Japanese blend of tangy and salty flavors. Each 40g (1.41 oz) bag features the mascot ‘Nagiyan’ and can be stored at room temperature.
