A special collaboration between Iwatsuka Seika and the famous Yamanashi confection, Kikyo Shingen Mochi. These rice crackers feature authentic brown sugar syrup and roasted soybean powder supervised by Kikyo-ya. The soybean powder offers a nutty aroma reminiscent of peanut powder, perfectly complemented by the mild sweetness of the syrup. Unlike traditional rice crackers, these have a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture similar to meringue or airy snacks. The packaging is adorned with traditional Japanese bellflower patterns.
