A collaboration between Oyatsu Company and the renowned Japanese fish expert ‘Sakana-kun.’ These snacks are made with konosiro (dotted gizzard shad) kneaded into the dough, featuring a flavor inspired by Tatsuta-age—a traditional Japanese soy-marinated fried fish.
