Developed in collaboration with students from Takamatsu Commercial High School, this donut is a ‘Churocky’—a uniquely Japanese pastry inspired by Spanish churros but with a satisfyingly crunchy, cookie-like texture. The dough is kneaded with strawberry jam from Kagawa Prefecture. Perfectly portable and shelf-stable at room temperature, it’s an easy snack to enjoy on the go. Please dispose of the packaging as plastic waste.
