This sandwich, co-developed with Takamatsu Commercial High School, is inspired by Kagawa Prefecture’s famous spicy bone-in chicken. It features seasoned chicken and cabbage sautéed in aromatic garlic oil, all tucked between slices of soft, fluffy bread. The combination of the bread’s light texture and the punch of garlic and spices is what makes it special. It’s perfectly portable and ready to eat cold right away.
