Embodying the Japanese spirit of ‘Mottainai’—the philosophy of avoiding waste—this alcoholic beverage is crafted using Fuji apples from Nagano and Aomori prefectures that were diverted from standard distribution due to their size or color. This 500ml (approx. 16.9 fl oz) drink has a 4% ABV. For every bottle sold, 1 yen is donated to support Japanese fruit farmers. It was developed in collaboration with Vivid Garden, an agricultural platform operator.
